The Cutting Veg (TCV) Organic Farm, located in Sutton, Ontario, runs a variety of programs aimed at cultivating personal, social, environmental, and economic health.
Six Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) programs make local, organic food more accessible to veggie lovers of Southern Ontario. Through the Global Garlic Project, we cultivate and distribute nearly 20 varieties of garlic whose seed originated from around the world. Our Food Coaching services offer garden & composting project support, educational workshops & urban farming internships, and Agri-business training. TCV also offers one-on-one Wellness Counselling for individuals who want to take steps forward with their health and happiness.
Collectively, these programs are helping TCV towards the achievement of its quadruple bottom line: Personal health, Social health, Environmental health, and Economic health.
